To Be or Not to Be?
How To Become a Victorious Blood-Bought, Born-Again, Bible Believing Christian

The most important thing a person can do in life, is come to the place where they can trust something to be really true! If you get nothing else, get a Bible, test it, prove it to be true, and then submit to its authority! If a person does not submit to God's true authority, then they will end-up submitting to a counterfeit one that will only destroy their soul!
If you wonder what a true Bible believing Christian is, and wish to become one yourself, here is the simple recipe:

Step One

The first step is to become a Bible believer - trusting and believing that the Bible truly is God's written word, and is perfect, and complete!God said in Isaiah 1:18, "Come now and let us reason together..." No Bible believer ever just accepted the Bible at face-value without first examining it, and seeing for themselves whether it is true. Most people just accept what they are TOLD about God, and about the Bible. But the Bible believer turns to the pages of a written document, and with an open heart, asks God to prove it true to them by reading and hearing its words. They find that God is most reasonable, and His word most true!

Step Two

The second step is then to become a Christian, the Bible way. Not the way that your church says, or that your family says, but the way that God says in His word! That involves obeying the very words of Scripture.
You see, the Bible says that every person on this planet is a sinner, and separated from God by their sin, "your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear." (Isaiah 59:2).
Not only that. The Bible also says that our sins must be paid for. "The soul that sinneth, it shall die." (Ezekiel 18:20). That makes humanity lost, and hell-bound!But this is where Jesus Christ comes into the picture - God came in the flesh, to die in our place, and to pay off our sin-debt, "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost" (Luke 19:10). "For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God" (1 Peter 3:18).
The only thing left, is for us to acknowledge our condition as sinners, and come to Jesus Christ by faith alone, accepting His sacrifice for us as sufficient to pay off every one of our sins. It is at this point that a person obtains the forgiveness of all their sins, and receives eternal life! Right then and there!
Come humbly to God in prayer, as a sinner, asking Him to save your soul from hell, and give you the gift of eternal life! Romans 6:23 declares that "the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
To be a true Christian means to be completely forgiven, possessing eternal life right now! The Bible says in 1John 5:11, "And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son."
Notice that eternal life is not found in a church, or some other religious organisation, but in Jesus Christ!

Step Three

Once a person has tested the Scriptures, and found them to be true, and then trusted the Scriptures and found salvation, the last step involves commitment. The Bible believing Christian is identified by their commitment and loyalty to the Scriptures! In this world of lies, deceit, and fraud, can be found an allegiance to God and His word far above all other loyalties and devotions. This is why a person is called a Bible believing Christian. And if you want to become one, just put the Scriptures to an honest test, then trust it, and then live by it! When you follow God, His way, you cannot go wrong!
