We were members of Somerset Bible Baptist Church and moved out of the area to Robbinsvillle, where Pastor Guarneri, who was also a member of SBBC, started Straightway Baptist Church Comments about Pastor Guarneri: Pastor Guarneri is a welcoming, warm and encourages us each Sunday through his lessons and shows us in the BIble what Jesus instructs us to do in real situations that people experienced 2,000 years ago and what we experience in this day and age

Interesting story, incident, or answer to prayer: Shortly after I was saved I learned I was pregnant with my first child. That was the most exciting news, and the first pryaer God has answered aft I was saved.

Give us your salvation testimony.I, Tanya, was saved when i was 27 years old, after listening to a friend I taught with explain the gospel to me. It was very different than what I had thought the road to heaven was, based on my upbringing in a Syrian Orthodox church. I thought my actions got me to heaven. I learned from my friend through the Bible that salvation was by grace through faith in Jesus, alone.

Give us your spouse’s testimony.My husband was saved a year later, after listening to me, attending SBBC, and reading passages from the Bible himself.

Of what ministries are you a part of?
I assist with the primary Sunday School class and help in the nursery.
