City and State you were reared: Raised in Ridgefield Park, NJ and currently live in Parsippany, NJ How long have you been a member of Straightway Baptist Church? 2 years Who invited you to join our church, or what interested you in joining our church? Lauren Guarneri invited me to church in September of 2006. I was going to another church in Northern Jersey. Once I heard Pastor Guarneri preach on Sunday morning, I knew this was where God wanted me.

Comments about Pastor Guarneri: Pastor Guarneri is an excellent preacher, very smart, and lives what he preaches.

Interesting Incident, story, or answer to prayer: Of course my salvation testimony is my favorite because that is the day the Lord came to live with me forever. However, there are so many answers to prayer, it's not hard to find another! A lot of members know I drive about 55 miles one way to church each service. Well, my car has about 240,000 miles and I am on the 5th rebuilt transmission. I was praying for guidance on what to do, because I felt the transmission going again. The Lord answered my prayer by allowing me to get it rebuilt for free 2 times in the past 2 years.

Give us your salvation testimony. I was at work reading the Gospels, and when I had read the story of Jesus healing the man in his bed, I then prayed and said, I want that!


Of what ministries are you a part of? I am the head usher, go soulwinning each week, and assist Pete Mladineo with the teenage boy's Sunday School class.
